LEGO® Legends Week 2025

We started off the week by building our LEGO® robots. Campers worked in teams of two to find pieces and work through instructions to build a robot with two arms. After campers completed their robots, we began working on navigating a maze to learn how the robot moves and turns. The maze was full of twists and turns and included a fun little surprise when campers completed it! Once their robots finished the maze, a multicolored cube appeared at one of the dead ends that they had to go back into the maze to retrieve.

Once campers mastered programming their robots to drive forwards, backwards, left, right, we introduced another challenge. We brought out an old FIRST LEGO® League season challenge called Cargo Connect where campers could pick which missions they wanted to attempt. Some of the camper's favorite missions to do were to move the crane, unload the cargo plane, and to knock the blue crate off the mat to be able to do the puzzle! Campers spent the rest of their week working on these challenges and building attachments to help them complete those missions.
